Anastasios George Konstantin,

a first-generation Greek American, was born and raised in Oakland, California where he has developed and maintained strong community ties. Before entering law school, he served as one of California’s youngest Real Estate Agents at 20 years old. In his first 20 years of legal practice, he was primarily a personal injury trial litigation attorney. He also successfully litigated many other cases in various fields including real estate, will and trust contests, personal representative liability matters in probate court, construction defense, criminal defense (State and Federal) while also staying current in the estate planning field. His vast experience across multi legal arenas has led to a unique perspective and ability that has brought him success in finding efficient and practical resolutions to almost every single case he has ever touched. Most of his client base has come through referrals from existing clients or other lawyers.

Mr. Konstantin is the first son of a Greek Immigrant Refugee Doctor who arrived in the United States with only his medical degree that he used to provide countless free services for the underprivileged and uninsured East Oakland community. Mr. Konstantin was raised to be grateful for the gifts and talents he has been blessed with and to always give back to those in need. Like his father, he has volunteered thousands of hours of his time to help those in his community who have suffered through catastrophic life-changing and end-of-life events. He has earned the trust of clients, friends, and colleagues through his counsel and insight during some of the most difficult times of their lives. It is through these experiences that Mr. Konstantin has realized the value that he provides his clients is far more rewarding than practicing in other areas of law.

The first son of Greek immigrant parents.

Mr. Konstantin has been recognized and appreciated by clients and colleagues in his community for his caring approach and ability to connect with people dealing with personal and delicate matters. He has witnessed first-hand and litigated cases where families became enemies directly relating to a lack of planning and preparation. Because of this financial and emotional devastation caused to people combined with the satisfaction he derives in helping to prevent these outcomes, Mr. Konstantin is now primarily focused on the field of Estate Planning.

In addition to his dedication to his professional career, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth basketball. Mr. Konstantin is currently serving as the Parish Council President of the Ascension Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Oakland. He previously served as General Counsel of AHEPA, one of the largest Greek American Organizations worldwide.
